I would like a refund for the action figure AI toy app, it doesn’t work. It uploaded a poor quality image, and the name didn’t appear on the card, it just says NAME which can’t be amended. I’d like a refund of my £6.99 and thought I’d ask you first before approaching App Store. Many thanks
