Terms Of Use

1. Terms

By using Our Apps, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Under this license, you may not:

- Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software contained in the App.

- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

- Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the App.

- Transfer the App to another person or entity.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Subscription Services

- Some features of the App may require an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store.

- Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

- All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Any refund requests are reviewed and decided solely by Apple in accordance with its applicable policies. We do not determine whether a refund request is approved or denied.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the App, including its software, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and other content, remain the property of Sapara Divya or its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

- Sapara Divya shall have no liability for conduct in relation to your use of the App. You may not use the App unless you are the copyright holder or you have obtained all necessary rights and licenses to use all images and other material that make up your creation on or via the App.

- The materials on Sapara Divya Apps are provided on an 'as is' basis. Sapara Divya makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

- Further, Sapara Divya does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Apps or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Sapara Divya or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App and the materials on Sapara Divya Apps, even if Sapara Divya or a Sapara Divya authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Sapara Divya Apps and the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Sapara Divya does not warrant that any of the materials on its Apps are accurate, complete or current. Sapara Divya may make changes to the materials contained on its Apps at any time without notice. However Sapara Divya does not make any commitment to update the materials.

8. User-Generated Content & AI Usage

The App allows you to upload media and generate AI-modified content (e.g., face-swapped videos/images). By using these features, you agree to the following:

- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you upload and generate. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents from any individuals depicted in your uploads to use their likeness for face-swapping purposes.

- Prohibited Uses: You agree NOT to use the App to create content that is:

  1. Illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harassing.

  2. Non-consensual sexual imagery or "deepfakes" intended to harm, deceive, or exploit others.

  3. Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.

- No Endorsement: We do not endorse, support, or verify the accuracy of any user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
